We have the experience and capability to offer a wide range of at-show research methodologies but Vivid are probably best known for our Electronic Self-Completion Interviewing (ESCI) which has a number of benefits over traditional at-show quantitative research methodologies
- The absence of any interviewer bias in the way that the questions are asked, which leads to very high levels of consistency between surveys, making ESCI the methodology of choice for tracking studies.
- The ability for a single interviewer to conduct several interviews simultaneously and thus for a survey to have a very high number of respondents.
- The opportunity to give complete reassurance to the respondent that his answers are totally confidential.
- The ability to use questionnaires with complex routing patterns for different sub samples and be confident they are always followed exactly.
